Stakeholders Engagement

Yieh Hsing refers to the stakeholder groups listed in the domestic steel industry, and each division manager re-identifies Yieh Hsing's six major categories of stakeholders based on the five principles of the AA1000 SES: 2015 Stakeholder Engagement Standard: "Dependency," "Responsibility," "Concern," "Influence," and "Diverse Perspectives." The six major categories of stakeholders are: "employees," "shareholders/investors," "customers/traders/peers," "suppliers/contractors/sub-contractors," "government agencies," and "society (including communities and non-profit organizations)." For these six major categories of stakeholders, Yieh Hsing has established diverse communication channels and has long been attentive to and understanding of the issues and concerns of each stakeholder. This serves as an important reference for Yieh Hsing to implement sustainable development. The company endeavors to disclose various indicators in the yearly Corporate Sustainability Reports, allowing stakeholders to understand the Company's activities.
